DUNGEONS: Season 19 Update
Hello Faders and Slayers!
Easter is here, and what better way to spend it than grinding out mobs to see what loot they've been hiding? That's right, it's time for a Dungeons update!
Season 19 went live on:

Now, let's delve into what Dungeons Season 19 has to offer!
GAMEPLAY UPDATES
Power Over Profit
Starting with Dungeons, we want to make changes that better define our modes from each other. Starting in Season 19 we'll be retiring the money system and replacing it with a new core system: Power.
Power determines how effective each swing of your sword is against mobs. Every swing that hits a mob generates Power. All the familiar multipliers, boosters, and synergies that used to grant bonuses to money, now work to grant you more Power instead.
We're also including some new additions that affect your boosters and multipliers to Power, these include; Pets, Rolls (previously Skins), Collectables, Auras, Sword Rarity Tiers, Zone Scaling, and grouping up with other players.
With this system change, we want to reinforce the fantasy that you are growing stronger alongside your blade. Anyone can buy a sword, but becoming a master requires discipline.
Sword Drops
Not only do we want to empower you as a player, but we also want to improve the tools you'll be using. In Dungeons Season 19, we'll be overhauling how your Sword functions and can be upgraded.
Swords can now drop from defeated mobs, with each one coming in one of six rarity tiers: Common, Rare, Epic, Unique, Legendary, or Mythical. Higher tier rarity swords will grant a stronger multiplier to gaining Power.
You can also fuse duplicate sword drops together, ranking it up to unlock stronger Power multipliers and potentially other effects.
Auras, Collectables, and Rolls... Oh my!
That's right, we're rolling the Auras, Collectables, and Skins system to Dungeons in Season 19. As Gens and Prisons are similar modes, it felt natural to tie these systems into Dungeons as well, but with a few tweaks based on your feedback.
First off, we want to talk about Skins and a minor update to rebrand them. We know Skins have a specific meaning within games generally, with a heavy focus on them being aspirational cosmetic items. To better distinguish FadeCloud's systems from others, Skins are now being re-branded to Rolls going forward.
Rolls will still work the same as in other game modes. For those of you who aren't aware, Rolls is an upgrading system within our other game modes that allow you to earn stat-based upgrades and boosts that persist between resets. They have a range of effects and rarity tiers like the Sword Drops system. We give you a limited number of free chances at earning a roll per season. In other FadeCloud game modes they affect the rate at which you earn items or currencies. In Dungeons, they will also affect the rate at which you can earn Power.
Second, let's go over Auras. In Season 19, Dungeons will be receiving our permanent meta-progression system for the first time. Each Aura is purchaseable with gems, and grants unique boosts. Gain access to stronger boosts by buying lower tier auras.
Finally we're adding Collectables, a range of unique 50+ items that can drop from killing mobs. Each one gives you a choice of booster, and are fully tradeable with other players - enticing you with economic and social opportunities.

Easter Update
On Saturday, you may have noticed we launched our limited-time Easter event! We hope all of you have been getting lucky on our wheel of rewards.
For those of you that haven't jumped in yet: play in Gens, Dungeons, or Prisons to earn a limited time currency, allowing you the chance at a range of prizes. The Easter event will be sticking around until May 3rd, so you have plenty of time to jump in, or buy any cosmetics that catch your eye!
